• To maintain audit logs in accordance with best practices for systems that interact with CJI

We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, or any third-party services.

3. Data Security & CJIS Sensitivity

• No user inputs are stored or retrievable after submission.
• All report generation occurs in real-time, and data is processed within the user’s session.
• All communications between your browser and our servers are encrypted.
• If used in a locally hosted or air-gapped environment, no data is transmitted externally.

4. Data Retention

• Emails and login records are retained only for the life of the user account or as required for security review.
• User-generated inputs (including narrative prompts and law enforcement data) are never stored, logged, or retained by Badger AI in any form.

5. Third-Party Access

We do not share, sell, rent, or distribute any user information to third parties.

6. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that devices used to access Badger AI are secured and not shared with unauthorized personnel. We recommend clearing browser sessions after each use if Criminal Justice Information (CJI) is entered into the system.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the updated policy will be posted with a new effective date.
